Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about making your voice heard.
Why send a postcard instead of an email?
1. Emails are easily ignored. Congressional offices receive tens of thousands of emails a week. They are instantly filtered, sorted by algorithms, and often mass-deleted or replied to with automated form letters by junior interns.
2. Physical mail demands physical attention. A postcard is a tangible object. It cannot be deleted with a keystroke. A staffer must physically pick it up, read it, log it, and place it on a desk. It takes up physical space in the office.
3. It proves you are a real constituent. Because our postcards require a real billing address and are delivered by the USPS, it signals to your representative that you are a verified voter in their district, not a bot or an out-of-state activist.
How much does it cost?
Cards cost $3.99 each. This covers the heavy cardstock printing, the official USPS First Class postage, and secure payment processing. We recommend mailing all three of your representatives (1 Rep, 2 Senators) for maximum impact.
How long does delivery take?
Your message is routed to our USA-based print facility within seconds of checkout. It is printed and handed off to the USPS within 24 hours. From there, USPS First Class Mail typically takes 4 to 6 business days to arrive at Capitol Hill.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use Stripe to process all payments. We never see, touch, or store your credit card information on our servers.
Are there rules for what I can write?
Yes. We believe in passionate, firm civic engagement, but we do not tolerate abuse. All messages are scanned prior to printing. Messages containing hate speech, harassment, or threats of violence will be automatically blocked and will not be printed.
