Nearly every other country taxes by residence, not citizenship. Please support the Residence-Based Taxation for Americans Abroad Act and end double-filing for nine million of your constituents overseas.

Those who hold it should continue funding it. Please oppose carve-outs that let high earners offshore income tax-free and do not weaken FATCA reporting rules that deter tax evasion.
